Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy.
Personalised Items
All personalised gift boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Personalised Items
If you wish to return a non-personalised item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
